Educational purpose
Sardar Fateh Singh Academy provides practical education in areas such as marketing, sales, technology, AI and creative execution. Everything on this website and in the programme is for educational and general information purposes.
No guaranteed outcomes
We believe real skills create more options, but we do not promise or guarantee any particular result. We do not guarantee a job, an income, clients, a business, sales or any other outcome. What you gain depends on your own effort, attendance, circumstances, the market and many factors outside our control. Ongoing guidance after the programme (‘lifetime handholding’) is provided according to availability, with no fixed schedule, no guaranteed response time and no fixed number of sessions, and is not a guarantee of any outcome. See our Terms and Conditions.
Illustrative examples
Where this website gives examples of work or scenarios, they are illustrative and are labelled as such. They are not case studies, testimonials or claims about results achieved by past participants. The Academy is newly launching and has no student history to report.
About the founder’s experience
Statements about the founder’s background, such as years of experience, businesses, clients and campaigns, are provided by the Academy as a description of its founder’s professional background. They are not a promise about what any participant will achieve.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this website or in the programme is legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Take your own professional advice before making decisions of that kind.
Third-party tools and platforms
Marketing, advertising, AI and software platforms change often, and their rules, features and prices are set by their owners. We cannot guarantee that any tool or method will continue to work in the same way.
Website availability and accuracy
We try to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Information may change without notice.
