About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Sardar Fateh Singh Academy website and to your application to the programme. By using the website or submitting the application form you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit the form.

Using the website

• Use the site lawfully and for its intended purpose: learning about the Academy and applying to it.
• Give accurate, truthful information in the application form.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or misuse the site or the form, or submit automated or false applications.

Information on this website

The website describes the Academy, its programme and its approach. It is provided for general information and is not a contract or an offer of a place. We try to keep it accurate, and we may change it at any time. Details such as cohort dates are announced separately and are not fixed until we confirm them to you in writing.

Applications and selection

Admission is selection-based. Applying does not guarantee a place, and no payment is taken through this website. After you apply, a counsellor contacts you for a live call. The next step is an in-person meeting with Sardar Fateh Singh at our Indore campus. Suitability is then reviewed and a selection decision is made. Enrolment is possible only if you are selected. Selection takes into account factors such as mindset, communication, curiosity, sharpness, commitment, learning attitude, ability to execute and fit, and the Academy decides at its discretion. We may decide not to offer a place and we are not obliged to give detailed reasons.

Programme structure

As currently planned, the programme:

• Runs for three months, fully in person, in Indore
• Meets Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM (full-time), with Sunday off
• Is limited to a single cohort of 13 people
• Requires a minimum of 95% attendance

How any shortfall in attendance is handled, and other practical rules, will be explained in writing when a place is offered.

Lifetime handholding

Lifetime handholding. Practical guidance when you need it, subject to availability.

The Academy’s commitment does not end when the programme ends. Lifetime handholding means continued guidance after programme completion, through:

• Direct WhatsApp or call support from Fateh Paji when you are stuck while implementing what you have learned
• Access to the Academy’s WhatsApp group and community

To keep this commitment honest and sustainable, please understand how it works:

• Support is provided according to your situation, the problem you face and Fateh Paji’s availability.
• There is no fixed schedule, no guaranteed response time and no fixed number of sessions.
• You remain responsible for your own learning, decisions, implementation and results.
• Handholding is guidance and practical support. It is not a guarantee of employment, income, business success or any particular outcome.

Fees and payment

No fee is requested or collected through this website. The programme fee is ₹2,00,000, payable as a one-time payment. If a place is offered, we will also confirm in writing the fee, how it is paid and what it covers, before you commit. Please read our Refund Policy before you pay anything.

Conduct in the programme

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the team and other participants, to take part honestly and to follow the reasonable instructions given for the programme. The Academy may end a participant’s place for serious or repeated breaches of these expectations.

Intellectual property

The content of this website and of the programme, including text, design, teaching material, frameworks, logos and photographs, belongs to the Academy or its founder or is used with permission. You may not copy, record, resell, publish or distribute it without our written permission. Participants may use what they learn in their own work; they may not reproduce or sell the programme materials themselves.

Outcomes and disclaimers

We teach practical skills, but we cannot promise any particular result for any individual. Please read the Legal Disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or from reliance on its content, and our total liability in connection with the website is limited to the amount, if any, that you have paid us in connection with the matter. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Links to other sites

The website may link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
