Fateh Paji is the founder of Sardar Fateh Singh Academy.
Before it was an Academy, it was a working practice.

Maine kaam karte hue seekha hai, aur wahi sikhana chahta hoon. Main followers nahi banana chahta. Main aise log banana chahta hoon jo khud kuch bana sakein, apne pairon par khade ho sakein, aur apna raasta khud chunein.

But capability gets tested after the classroom, in a job, in a business, in freelance work, in an agency, in an idea that has to survive contact with the market. Those are the moments that matter.
